Corrections policy

Muse changes quickly, and we sometimes get things wrong. Here’s how we handle it.

How to report an error

Email info@metamuseai.site with the subject line “Correction” and include:

  • the page address (URL)
  • the sentence or detail you think is wrong
  • what you believe is correct, and a source or screenshot if you have one

What happens next

  1. We check the claim against Meta’s current documentation and, where possible, our own account.
  2. If the page is wrong, we correct it and update the page’s “Updated” date.
  3. For substantive errors (a wrong price, availability, capability or instruction), we add a short correction note at the end of the article describing what changed.
  4. Typos and small wording fixes are corrected without a note.

Outdated vs incorrect

Sometimes a page was accurate when published and Muse changed afterward. We treat that as an update rather than a correction, and the page’s “Facts checked” date shows when it was last verified.
